Windows XP: Sharing Issues

OS: Windows XP Home Edition
CPU/Ram: AMD XP 1600 / 384 MB

Ok. I want to share my Windows folder and my Program Files folder over a network. When i right click the windows folder and goto sharing, all options are disabled because "Windows uses that folder." The same happens with the program files folder. Is there any way to bypass this and share these folders?
