I've been having this problem to where when I restart my computer, all my services get shut off, and they are all disabled. I have to go back in there and manually turn every one of them back on. I dont know why it does this, because it seems like if I install a program or something and it asks me to restart, its fine. Yet if I just restart manually, it does that. People keep telling me to look at the event log,but the thing is, I clear the event log, and then restart, and when all my services are disabled, so is the event log and event viewer, so what should I do?

Start up in SafeMode, and scan your computer for virusses (install the scanner first in NormalMode).

[on-line] BitDefender Anti-Virus
[on-line] RAV Anti-Virus (AV Security)
[on-line] ActiveScan Anti-Virus (Panda)
[on-line] HouseCall Anti-Virus (Trend Micro)
nod32 Anti-Virus (eset)
F-Prot Anti-Virus (F-Secure)
AVG Anti-Virus (Grisoft)

Also make sure you've got the latest critical updates from WindowsUpdate site.
