I've been trying everything to make the connection, i even try to make it with remote desktop web connection and nothing happends.
Can anyone of u give some advice about making this connection and tell me step by step what should i do.
I mean about anabled/disable firewall or configure an ip or doing something else????Thanks in advanced for all your help.

To allow other users to connect to your computer
Open System in Control Panel.
Click the Remote tab.
In the Remote Desktop area, click Select Remote Users....
On the Remote Desktop Users dialog box, click Add....
On the Select Users dialog box, click Locations... to specify the search location.
Click Object Types... to specify the types of objects you want to search for.
In the Enter the object names to select (examples): box, type the names of the objects you want to search for.
Click Check Names.
When the name is located, click OK. The name now appears in the list of users on the Remote Desktop Users dialog box.
you can a lot more in help and support under working remotely

i already check the allow users to remote connect, have enabled remote desktop on the internet connection firewall, an user for the remote connection created and nothing happends.
i'll check what u said and let u know as soon as i come back.
Thanks in advanced for your reply

Try the third party software, they are much better and easy!!
For example:
- Remote Administrator (Shareware - 30 day free trial) (get it from: http://download.cnet.com/downloads/0-10101-100-8605958.html)
- VNC (FREEware!!) (get it from: http://download.cnet.com/downloads/0-10101-100-8591703.html)
