Windows XP problem

CPU/Ram: 900/256

I tried real vnc, and it works after just installation, after I reboot the host and it will not work anymore.
I did 1. Fast Swith User off 2. firewall off. Anyone knows how to solve the problem.

Both my PCs are using win XP professional. both PCs are in the same LAN
