I would keen to know why Start-All Programs menu wont pop up when I press WinKey + P?

I've to use arrow keys/mouse to access All Programs menu.

Please kindly slove this problem for me.

Thanks,

Pressing the winkey itself should do it. If not there may be something wrong with that particular key on the keyboard. Try cleaning the keyboard or try a different keyboard and see if you have the same problem.
