Subject: Windows XP Pro Install ProblemOS: Windows XP ProCPU/Ram: AMD 2200+ / 512MB 2700 |
Comment: While installing Win XP Pro I am having troubles. The install goes smoothly and no problems seem to have happened but once I go into Windows all I see on the main page are 8 white dots that are in pairs of 2. Very Odd. I installed with a friends version after mine didn't work to find out that it wasn't the copy that I installed with (not pirated). In my machine I have an Asus A7V333 Mobo and an AMD XP 2200+, not that it matters but I have one stick of 512 MB 2700 RAM and a 60 gig Maxtor HD. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
