I'm having problems with WindowsXP pro and its hibernation, I can put it in, it and bring it out. But when i go to put it back in, it freezes in the middle of hibernation.I was wondering if anyone has come across this problem.

Have not seen this problem, but you could use 'standby' instead ?
-------
change hibernation to standby mode?
---------------------------If hibernation is enabled, go to the control panel. Inside here, choose Power Options, go to the Hibernate tab, and uncheck the Enable hibernation box. Your computer will no longer hibernate. To activate standby mode manually, select Start, Turn Off Computer, and click the Stand By button. You can activate standby mode automatically, after the computer is idle for a set amount of time, using the Power Options dialog box. Open the Control Panel--select Start, Control Panel--and from the Classic view, double-click the Power Options dialog box. (From the Category view, select Performance and Maintenance, then select the Power Options icon.) On the Power Schemes tab, adjust the amount of time next to System standby, then click OK. Be aware that you will lose any unsaved information if there is a power interruption while
the system is in Standby mode.

In upper right box, select WinXP
In lower box, type hibernationyou are presented with a list of items related to your problem.. also, check the type of that page for 'hibernation'
(16 items)

Mine hibernates OK, unless I have disconnected it from the network, then it freezes. I find that if I disable the network connection (and disconnect any remote mounted stuff) then it is usualy OK.
But Hibernation does upset other bits and pieces. I have had to abandon re-mapping keys - after hibernation other keys would become totally disabled.
Standby is not at all the same (on my machine at least) and hardly reduces battery consumption at all.
