Windows XP network stops working

Specs: Windows XP, athlon 5200 dualcore @2.3ghz, 3.0gb ram
Hi all,
I've seen odd problems lately on my computer. After a couple of hours, no program is able to access the network (neither local nor remote) anymore.
This is usually in the morning, when the computer was running over night untouched.
Restarting the LAN-connection does not solve the problem, but rebooting does.
Filezilla FTP client will report 'ENOBUFS' error.

My OS is Windows XP, usually running: McAfee, AntiMalware, Bittorrent.
My NIC is an onboard NVIDIA nForce.

What got messed up here?
Or even better: How to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance

You mentioned "AntiMalware" - is that MalwareBytes?

Whatever, I trust you are not running this in the background as well as McAfee, as it could create conflictions if they are both monitoring Filezilla.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Ok I will check on this (MalwareBytes was also running in the background until now).
