Thanks but its not answering to my qeustion.

me and my friend connected via LAN. i wonder if i can connect him using the Massanger even though there is no internet?

No...you cant, as windows messenger relays the messages via a server. Obviously you need internet access to connect to the server.

Try the net send command via the DOS emulator, or even winchat...both are built into XP pro i think!
