I 'm running windows xp home and I have a problem. When i first start my computer up and you get your different profiles (ex admin, billy, guest). When I click on any of these it saids its loading settings then it boots me out. It won't lett me in with any of the profiles. I have tried safemode and the same thing happens. Is there a way around these profiles to get on my system??
Any help would be appreciated.

Scott

Reply:

use your window xp disk and re-install windows.

when you do this chose to 'install' and not 'repair using the recovery console' another screen on it will give you option to do a install 'repair'

durring the install you will be asked for a administrator password...dont forget it when you put it in.

then after all is done..use your administrator username and password to login.
