I am getting the following error message when installing a clean xp home from my recovery cds:

Boot from ATAPI CD-ROM
No Emulation
Detected boot image on LBA 0x00000015
Error! PC System not supported. Press any key to continue.

My system is an HP Pavilion 571, 2GHz, 80MB HD, 512MB memory.
The HD was cleaned, all partitions were deleted including the 5GB hidden parition HP pre-installed. I was using the recovery CDs I ordered from HP. But problem as described above keeps showing up during the intall.
I have installed Windows ME on the same HD just to test that the HD is ok and it is working fine. One odd thing about the HD is if you run FDISK from WinME, with no partitions, it tells me the free space is only 74GB. Not sure if this is related to the XP install problem.
Please help.
