Helping Church to upgrade to WIN XP Home SP2 that currently is on an older E-machine 1600+ (legal copy of XP Home installed). I have WIN XP Home SP2(OEM) on my home-built computer. Is it possible(Legally) to use my OEM SP2 to upgrade the church XP Home using the upgrade method of full OEM version that I have and use the "original church" key number?

Why don't you order the SP2 CD from MS. It is free and you can find it here. Whe you get the CD go to the MS site and read about what has to be done prior to loading SP2. When you have cleaned the machine, then pop the CD in the drive and follow the prompts.
