Ok, heres the problem my teacher has a laptop, that one time he was turning off in a hurry, accidently did something to a dll file. We did a restore but now he gets BSODs sometimes and now cant connect to the internet, we've tried reinstalling a nic and still nothing. We think it could be a virus so any idea or need me to do something to give u more info??

life is tragic to those who feel, but a comedy to those who think
