i just installed Windows XP 2600 fresh onto a clean hard drive, and I got all of my internet and network settings up and running (I have Earthlink DSL, which uses RASPPPOE). I can use the internet and everything, but it is very slow. My downloades won't go faster than about 20/k sec, and this is very unusual. Is there some setting i need to change to get my old speed back?? Also, I have used Windows XP 2526 with this computer before and the internet worked fine.
