windows XP freeze on starting page

My windows XP freeze on "Windows is starting" screen.
Before this my pc always state, it has recover from serious error when it start and sometimes while boot, it occurs black screen with missing drivers.

Help me!

Have you tried "Last Known Good..." or Safe-Mode
in the above.
