During Windows XP boot, my PC freezes just after the keyboard leds blink. It means, I turn on the PC, the Windows XP starts, the keyboard leds blink and the boot process stops. It happens at least one time per week and it is very annoying. I could not identify the problem. I try MS-Debug and several other ways to make a diagnostic of the problem, but nothing works. Please help me!

Thanks jgalty,
Unfortunately the connections are ok.
I suspect that it could be an IRQ problem. My modem and my video card share the same IRQ. I know that such "IRQ sharing" gives some problems. I will try to remove my modem and see what happens. What do you think?
The point is that the boot problem occurs intermittently. It is really annoying.
Do you know what the Windows XP initialize after the keyboard leds blink?
