Windows xp: File and print sharing.

2 of the PCs on my network are running windows xp. The other 2 are running windows 98 se. The PC i am currently on was the first to setup a Network Connection using windows XP. I have noticed that when i right click on my hard drive, the "Sharing" option is greyed with the message "Cannot share due to security reasons" or something along those lines. I Have manually tried to share the drive by entering in the location of the drive under Control Panel-> Adm. Tools-> Comp. Management-> Shared Folders -> Shares, yet, i still cannot connect to that drive on the other computer running windows xp. If anyone knows how to enable disk sharing so other PCs on the network can access my printer and files.
Note: All PCs are connected to a router, yet this PC is the only PC running a DMZ host, meaning i am the only comp on the PC able to be "seen" by the internet.
