windows xp error

I built a brand new computer.When I try to install windows xp professional I get the error message stop:0x0000008e(0xc0000006,0x808a9b72,0xf9e79a14,0x00000000).I can't get past this error message.Please help.Everything seems to be working fine and everything is posting at start up.

Are you upgrading from a prevous operating. Have u checked for the minium required hardware. We need more details to rectify the problem

I am getting the error message after I put in the six floppys then when it askes for the cd thats when I get the error message.I am not upgrading this is brand new built computer.I have checked for the minium required hardware and I have more than what is required.
