What is the computer doing that you are attempting whatever you are doing? Is there an error or program problem? What type of system, what brand?

Husband was deleting duplicate files with a program and it wil not open windows program now. He has attempted to use CD wndows XP Professional to fix it. When inserting disc and windows setup start it runs and download some info and stop with a blue page stating session 3 initialization failure.

I would run tests on the hardware, especially the hard drive. Consider taking it in and having everything checked out.
