Windows Xp Cant Open Folders!!!!!!!

DAAAAAAMMMMMMMNNNNNNN! I need Some Help. when ever i try to open any folders or "My Computer", My Documents, Or Control Pannel windows xp uses 100% of the CPU. I Already tried using spybot search and destroy, Ad-aware, scanning for viruses, and other spyware programs. I also used sfc /scannow and i still have all of the files. I also updated my spyware programs and virus ones too. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You mentioned all of the usual suspects, but have you checked for trojans?

Also I know there is a problem with Windows xp going to 100% CPU on every click..there is a reg edit fix for it..However this may be an underline of a bigger problem.. System Heating/Trojan. and be aware that not all anti-viruses catch all viruses.
