Windows XP burning Audio cd's from MP3

Hi,
I have a problem with burning MP3 ==> Audio cd's. I use Windows XP Dutch version. I can burn data cd's etc... but when I try to make an audio CD I get the following warning:
Er is een fout ontdekt op apparaat \Device\CdRom1 tijdens een wisselbestandsbewerking.
There is an error on device \Device\CdRom1 when change wisselbestand.

I have had errors before when I have mp3's that are either copywrited, have a variable bit rate, or have some sort of error in them. How far does it get in burning the CD before it give you this error?

The burning process stops at 4%, this is the LeadIn process. I have wait 1 hour and then nothing occurs,I have the problem with Nero,WinOnCD, MP3 CD Maker. So I think it is an problem with Windows XP and not with the burning software

I've experienced the same problems. Tried different burner software, with no help. Any idea what might be causing this? I used to use Nero to burn mp3's to audio cds under w2k with no problems - but I can't get this to work under xp.
