http://sft-cyber.com/stoperrors.htm http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;326687 20. Stop 0xC0000221 or STATUS_IMAGE_CHECKSUM_MISMATCH---File or disk corruption problems, including a damaged page file, and faulty hardware are the most common causes. A common cause is that the battery on the MOBO that powers the CMOS needs to be replaced. The message may contain the name of the damaged file. Try using the Recovery Console, Last Known Good Configuration, or re-installing WinXP.
