I currently have 512mb of system memory. I have set the page file to 100mb, as windows xp wont allow me to have a 0k page file. I however find windows uses this even if there is 400k of system memory left. ALSO i find that all but 4m of my kernel is paged!

Any one have ideas on how i can turn the page file off, and how i can stop windows paging the kernel as this surely must slow the system down.

Do you find your system running really slow now? You will never notice the difference in speed and if you eliminate the pagefile, you will cause problems for sure!
