I sent a message here yestersay and got a very good response. Thanks Folks. But I still got some problems.I have a 40 gig drive devided into 2 partitions. The second partition is to store my documents and now I want duall boot my with XP Pro and ME.Currently I am running on XP Pro.I tried to install ME from the start up,all I get is asking me to choose which profile to use on startup. In my D partition are only documentsnothing to run a system. The question is If I format Partition C From Partition Desktop and loose everything,it is possible to reinstall from the (dos)startup then.If not, please how can I handler this situation.A wise advice is enough.

What the guy is trying to tell you is that you can install WindowsME after WindowsXP to a primary partition but you will need Boot Manager like Boot Magic to decide which one to boot at start up.These progarms are not free but I have links to them. If you're prepared to format C: and lose XP then it's easy!
Format C:\ then install ME using a boot disk if your CD isn't bootable.
Then when in ME run the XP setup and choose to install a new installation and put it on D:\

And what Inquisitive is telling you is that a boot menu will then be created automatically.
