NO, you can't use it on your system if you already have the regular xp pro.the 64 means the new 64 bit computer system and u are using the standard 32 bit system. Basically it , the new system, will use a faster proccessing speed and all operating software will have to conform to the higher processing speeds in order to be properly accessed. check this out:
