Comment: The computer froze, then at reboot the screen asked to start the computer in either safe modes or normal windows, pressing any of these just brings the same page back.It's as if windows tries to start then gets confused and goes back to the same page. Help.

Reply: (edit)I suggest u Try check hardware cable or change it and first on try to check the hardware setting and hardware connection.(to know your hardware status)
