Subject: windows wont start
OS: xp
CPU/Ram: dont know
Comment:

The computer froze, then at reboot the screen asked to start the computer in either safe modes or normal windows, pressing any of these just brings the same page back. It's as if windows tries to start then gets confused and goes back to the same page. Help.

The question you asked is too generalized. We need more details...what error message do you see? How many RAM do you have?

I have the same problem with my computer. It's like when I turn on, the windows xp starts loading for a second and stops and restarts itself and then the same thing repeats.
