Comment:

windows wont load on my laptop anymore..it sits at the rolling bar with no result.. wont start in safe mode or anyother mode either (just sits then restarts)
i tried doing a reinstall repair of windows and a bunch of file came up with a error that they couldnt be deleted... it recommended i hit 'esc' to continue..
so i kept hitting 'esc' then it reached a point that said it couldnt create /windows/security/templates folder... told me to retry or exit... no luck with the retry so i exited...
any advice ?? im so lost..

Maybe it's the rolling bar itself that's giving you griefs. Move the laptop to a different place & see what happen.

THE SCREEN WITH THE WINDOWS FLAG AND THE BLUE DOTS

You know the screen that shows when you hit the POWER BUTTON
