windows won't load. Help me!

Windows stops loading on the "windows is not starting" screen. it does the same in safe mode. i have tried reinstalling windows and it still does the same thing. i also tried another hard drive in my computer and it worked fine. what can i do??

i meant to say it doesn't load past the "windows is NOW starting" screen. sorry for any confusion I am only one man

Do you have another version of windows you can try? Sounds like you may have a bad install disk. I,m thinking from your specs at the post 800 mhz didn,t come with Winxp. Maybe you have another install disk you can try. Longfellow, Henry Wadsworth. Evangeline
