Trying to make a CD of pictures...I hit send to..and E drive...but as soon as it started copying it said "windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this file... what do you want windows to do?" At first I thought the pictures were all too big...so I tried to copy just one pic! It still says it...I need to get all the pictures off and now I don't know how???

Sounds like your using the cd like it was a floppy drive, which won't work. It can be done with a cd but you need added software for that. Easy CD Creator has one app in it called Directcd. After a cd was formatted it allows files to be copied and pasted to a cd like it was done on a floppy disk. The standard way of burning a cd doesn't use this method. The usual method is done through an app like a program that Per gave you a link to.
