windows version on desktop?

i know theres a way to make it overlay the windows version onto the desktop, but i cant seem to find the setting. does anyone know where i can find it?

Right-click the Desktop->Properties->Desktop tab->under Background, select Windows XP.

Go to Microsoft's Windows XP site and download the new powertoys. The one you are looking for is TweakUI.

When you get it. Go to the General Section. and select the check box that says "show windows version on desktop"
