Windows use always 100% cpu!?!?!

I dont why but my computer use 100 % of my cpu power!!! I had delete all programs from startup(msconfig) but windows still use all cpu power!!!
Now my copmuter works very slow :(!!! please help me!!!

I have the same problem, and I think this is Windows Rot. You can read about it here: http://www.stardestroyer.net/Mike/RantMode/TopTen.shtml I hate it. Really the only thing that can be done about it is reinstalling Windows.

OK..ur gona hate me 4 sayin this but...i need more info. Can i see ur task manager on the applications page. Svchost.exe it a sytem file. The more u have running in the aplications tab the higher that number will be. I think u have a lot of stuff running in the background that u dont know about. The only way i can know 4 sur is if i can see the applicatipn tab though.

Download Startup CPL from here http://download.com.com/3000-2094-1539340.html?tag=lst-0-5 This program was created by some MicroSoft programmers. It will install into the control panel, and is called startup. This program will show all the places the computer will run programs from when the computer is started. I believe there is 5 regestry places where programs boot and a few other places. Just go through each tab and uncheck anything that you dont recognize.

in the processes tab right click on the svchost.exe that is using 73% and make sure it its priority is set to normal not high or exclusive.
