Windows Update Will not Load

I am using Win XP and the Windows Update will not load up. Every other page that I try works fine but not Update. I have had some Pop up Killers installed on my machine but as far as I know I deleted them off. Microsoft technicians can't even figure it out. Any one got any Ideas?? Thanks

tony tony tony,you got cable internet?and does it stop at 0% or can you not load the page. if you provide info you might get help. post a message with more info so we have a fighting chance here.

Simply Go to TOOLS > IE Options > Connections > LAN Settings and uncheck all the boxes and click "apply". Should update now. Jordy
