While I'm trying to update my windows then I'm getting the following message.

"Request Timeout
The server timed out while waiting for the browser's request."

I'd like to inform you that my NET speed is good. So, why that is happening.

Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options .
Click the Languages tab .
Make sure something is defined in there .
Also , make sure your date & time are correct .
