I have a major problem with Windows Update. Whenever I go to check for new updates and try to install them I get a blue screen for about 3 seconds and then my PC restarts! I've never had this problem before, any ideas what it could be? I'm on WinXp Sp2, my AntiVirus isn't detecting any viruses either. I reformatted about 2 months ago, so it should be pretty clean. Right click My Computer, Properties, Advanced tab, Settings button (Starup and Recovery), uncheck Automatically Restart. Now you should get an error message when it happens again. Helpful to know what the blue screen error says.
