Windows Taskbar just dissapeared

Just yesterday my taskbar vanished on me and i cant get it back. Ive tried hitting it, ive tried spitting on it and nothing...
Im joking but so far what ive really tried was right gettin into the taskbar menu and checkin and unckeckin autohide n all the other features n restorin n nothing. To switch between programs i must use alt + tab.
HOWEVER i DID install this xp to vista theme pack a while back that changed sum settins but everything was good til today...
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated especially if they work and even if they dont!!

Have you tried yore clump hammer?
Can you uninstall that thar theme pax fer a spell?

It might be collapsed at the bottom of the screen. Move the mouse pointer to the bottom edge and see if you get an arrow to expand it. Hold the mouse key down and drag up to expand.
