Your Computer Is Making unauthorized Copies Of Your System And Internet Files. Run Full Scan Now to Prevent any unathorised access To Your Files Click yes To Download Spyware remover...
that's the exact way the message looks like.
and if click yes it takes me to this place http:///download/20...

I would suggest that you ignore any popups with messages like that. That's NOT a windows alert.

you should not ignore the fact, that your computer is infected with a trojan called 'Troj/SpyDldr-E'

try going into start/run and msconfig
Uncheck all EXCEPT your AV and your firewall.
Then reboot to normal mode and if you need some free cleaners, click on the red link in my signature, they are all listed on one page.
Run them all, then do an online scan with either bitdefender or Kaspersky.
