OS: WinXP SP2
CPU/Ram: 3.2ghz/2GB DDR

I recently dl SP2, and it ran fine, then when I rebooted I this Security Alert box. Now everytime I reboot its there, when I go to websites, dl updates, play games, I have to confirm it all. My question is, How do I turn it off completely, but not remove it.

You just have to reset your Internet security options in Control Panel. SP2 automatically sets up everything as high risk, you just have to decide which you want to automatically allow etc.
