Not sure I can get the help I'm looking for here, but any is appreciated. When I try to install iTunes and Quicktime, I get a weird error message that says something to the effect of:

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Quicktime\CLSID. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel."

The above is the message when I try to setup Quicktime, and a similar "insufficient key" message appears with iTunes. Is there anything that I can do to reset files, or something to fix this?
