I have it.
I have it open.
I can not find where it is located though.
I looked in Task Manager
msinfo32
registry
It's there somewhere but I don't know where that is.

C:\Windows\system32\shimgvw.dll ( in windows xp) thats where windows picture and fax viewer should be ;)
