Windows not focusing

June 25, 2009 at 10:19:39
Specs: Windows XP, P4 3Ghz 1G ram
I used some tweak to stop windows from stealing focus, but now none will focus. My password/login window, I have to click to get it to focus, then I have to click the buttons in the button bar 4 times to get any window to come to the top. I tried tweakui to turn that on and back off.

The simpliest approach calls for System Restore back to the time when everything was working satisfactorily

Alternatively, you can edit Windows registry to permanently change the application focus Settings following THIS tutorial. I hope you are familiar with editing the registry.

Please let us know if the above have resolved your issue.
