When I first turn on my computer, it shows the log on screen, and up pops an error...

Windows - No Disk with a red X, it says There is no disk in the drive, please insert disk into drive A????

I can cancel it or continue it and it logs in and is fine...it is just annoying....

I have in my bios first boot..cd rom, then hard disk, then floppy, do I need to change this? is this why I am getting this error?

If not why am I getting this error and why all of a sudden I did not change anything to cause this error.

You input would be appreciated.

Maybe this will help.
