Hi dere, I recentle got Windows Xp n Windows Vista installed on my PC, I just wanted to know whether it is safe to use both Operating System on One workstation.....
I do. I also have them installed on separate drives, so there's at least some separation there. In theory, as long as they're not on the same partition, you should be okay.

and do you boot the HDD depending on which OpSystem you wanna boot ?
i have WinXp as my ide Primary Master and WinME on a seperate HDD as ide Secondary Master. each are separate "entities" without "combining" them both with a dual-boot manager. if i'm running XP and wanna launch ME, i just reboot, into BIOS, set ME HDD to boot, exit save yes.
piece of cake.
