I am working on sorting out all my music right now and I am wondering if there is a way to get windows media player 9.0 to go through all my songs and find the album, trak number etc .... ?

Or maybe there is a different program that will do it?

ps i hope that this is the right forum to be posting such a question

1st of all get rid of mp9 and go back to mp7

Better yet, I'd recommend Winamp. I'm not positive, but I think it does what you're looking for.

I use WMP 9.0 regularly and have not fount it to be unstable. If you want it to find info about the album click on copy CD then Find album info. Has always worked for me.

Hope this helps
