hi there... just tried to "copy from cd" and where the progress bar is after 2 or 3 percent it displays the message: "windows media player encontered an unknown error". i have been trying to learn what it is on the microsoft website but nothing till now. any clues why its happening? the cds play normally and i have reviewed all the settings although i did not change any. many thanks
