Windows Management Instrumention Er

CPU/Ram: P4 2.0Ghz/256mb

When I try to setup ICS by going into the advance settings I get an error that says the WMI is corrupted I tried Microsofts way of fixing but when I go into computer management WMI is not there is there any way I can reinstall WMI or someother way to fix this
