I need help,I have a win xp pc and it use to boot to the desktop and now the computer is locked,It keeps asking me for a password when it boots,so now i can't get to the desktop.please post some Ideas please!I want to erase that password.I didn't setup a password for it.I don't want to be ask for a password.
i have a computer that i have an admin account but i can't logon to windows.at all.how can i overide the password or where can i change it,or find it.please help.

but ill give you one simple way that might work for you start the computer in safe mode write back if you need help doing this, then there has to be a administrator account hopefully you never set up a password for it, just click on it once on the desktop just go to user accounts your account and remove the password.
