Im trying to fix my friends laptop becuase she has alot of spam on it and when we plugged in the mouse the computer went crazy. we shut it down and it takes us to the screen that says windows couldnt load proprerly and has choices like load in safe mode, safe mode with networking, laod windows normally, last good configuration, etc. however when i choose one of the choices windows starts to load, a blue screen quickly appears but so fast i cant see it and then goes back to the screen. it just keeps looping like this over and over again and i have no clue how to fix it. please someone help me
