There is a little tab in the corner of your floppy disk you slide back and forth for write protect.

There is a little movable 'square' on the corner of the floppy. If you move it to one side it makes the disk 'protected' while the other side makes it editable. Make sure you have it on the right setting and then put in the floppy. Right click on the floppy in 'my computer' and click format. After you format it try to make the boot disk again.

One thing, are you sure that your computer is set to boot from the cd before the hard drive? If the hard drive is first in the boot list then your computer will never boot from the cd. Check your BIOS and set CD-ROM as the first boot device and try the cd again.

Do you have the chance to hit F8 and bring up the boot menu? If this works pick safe mode and see if you can boot.

no that doesnt work either..
Could that be a Hard drive Problem?
I dont think so, because i still see the Windows logo just before the restart.

sounds like a boot sector virus...or your MFT is screwed up.also sounds like you have an unpatched machine...there was the worm last year or so that infected machine's LSASS.exe and caused it to shutdown, then when they booted back up, they just kept rebooting...did you get an error message before this rebooting happened that your machine was shutting down for no reason?...
