Comment:

i got this message everytime i try to install or remove any program "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows is safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistence." and im not running Windows in safe mode, so i think is the windows installer. How can i fix this problem? Do I need to install MSI pack again?

Are you attempting this from a non-admin account? If so then just try from an account with admin privilages. Just a guess....
