Comment: When I boot up my computer, the Windows Installer prompts me to load a disc for PhotoGallery each time. I do not have a disc. The only way that I can re-boot is disconnect power. I cannot re-start or shut down normally. How can I solve this problem?

Reply: (edit)Hi, Are you able to trace the PhotoGallery entry in the registry? If you do,try remove it from the 'RUN' folder inside registry. If u are not using the program,i will suggest that you remove it completely and replace with other software.

Reply: (edit)Sounds like you might have abnormally terminated a Photo Gallery install. If that's the case try another install and if it's succesful, do an uninstall.

Reply: (edit)Good point, Per. Mental lapse on my part. I suspect that it will not be in msconfig. If it isn't, I see 2 options: Contact Photo Gallery tech support. Try and find a trial version of Photo Gallery. Install and then uninstall it.

Reply: (edit)If it's in the HKEY-local machine-software-microsoft-windows-currentversion-run key in the registry, it will show up in msconfig.
